Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder email will take you just a few clicks if you work with a cloud hosting from our company. This can be done through the Emails section of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you can see your email addresses listed in alphabetical order. You can either choose an e-mail address and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and choose the option in the context menu which will pop up. All you need to do is to enter the text which you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the change. You can type in any text you would like and editing or disabling the auto-responder function is just as effortless. From the exact same part of the Control Panel you can check which accounts have the option active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you choose to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you will be able to add in an auto-responder for any e-mail address that you create from the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All the email addresses which you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each of them you will notice a little "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the feature, click the button for a certain email, type in the content that you'd like people to get as a reply to their e-mails, then save the change. You'll be able to change or remove this text at any moment following the very same steps.
